The MC3 Data Walk aims to do the following:

  1. Share data meaningfully on the state of childhood conditions in Indiana, but specifically Monroe County.

  2. Connect data to MC3's 2023 theme, Mattering & Belonging

  3. Illustrate the impact the conditions examined in the data have on actual children and families.

  4. Provide sustainable data sharing past our summit.

  5. Offer opportunities for interaction with stories of community members.

  6. Inspire obtainable action.

For the past seven years, Youth Services Bureau of Monroe County and Building a Thriving Compassionate Community (BTCC) have engaged community members annually for the Monroe County Childhood Conditions Summit (MC3).

Each year, MC3 provides a space for youth workers, parents, community members, and youth to come together, share skills, dive into the most pressing topics facing them, and find support across sectors. It's a space for shared learning, building connection, and envisioning ongoing collaboration.
